Introduction
NYP has subscribed to Microsoft Office Enterprise licenses for all full-time students and Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer licenses for full-time students of selected schools under the Microsoft Campus Agreement (Student Option).
Students who purchase the software media kit for their learning needs should install the software on only one personal Desktop, Notebook or Tablet PC.
If you are interested in ordering the Media Kit under this program, please read the information below:
1. Students may purchase the Media Kit from the College Book Store. Checking of duplicate purchase will be done.
2. Each student is entitled to only one Media Kit for each version of the software. There will be no replacement if the student loses/misplaces the Media Kit.
3. To purchase the Media Kit, student has to print, read and sign the NYP Microsoft Campus Agreement Student User Acceptance Form. Student must present the Student Card and give the signed Acceptance Form to College Book Store when ordering the Media Kit.
4. School’s Software Liaison Officer (SLO) will counter check for duplicate purchase after the NYP Microsoft Campus Agreement Student User Acceptance Form is returned by College Book Store.
5. Under this program, only the CD Media Kit is provided. No retail boxes, manuals, or user guides are provided with the software. Each Media Kit will cost S$ 12.80 (including GST).
6. Microsoft typically fulfils orders in four weeks after the order is placed. Once the order has been received, student will be contacted to pick up the Media Kit from the College Book Store. Students who order the Media Kit in the 1st week of the month will collect the Media Kit by the 4th week of the month.
7. Students may report faulty Media Kits via UIC hotline (62492155, 62492156 or 62492189) and return the faulty Media Kits to College Book Store. UIC will verify before informing College Book Store to proceed with the exchange for a new media kit.
8. Students may call Microsoft Product Activation Hotline (63248098) and provide the School Campus Agreement Enrolment Number to get a new activation key if they cannot activate the software after multiple installations.
9. Students are to take note that the Media Kits are not to be resold, transferred or used for any purpose other than in the license agreement.

Q1. How many times exactly can the Media Kit be activated?
A1. By its product configuration, it should be activated only once.
Q2. Is the activation key on the Media Kit tied to the individual media? What if a student loses the media? Can the student use the same activation key on another Media Kit?
A2. One activation key should only be used once. However, if it has not been activated yet, it can be used for another Student Media Kit of the same product.
